Dal 4 al 7 luglio 2024, Il progetto espositivo si manifesta in un dialogo dinamico tra forma e materia, mettendo in relazione le opere attraverso i loro materiali d’elezione. Tra gli artisti presentati, Bertozzi&Casoni, noti per la riproduzione iperrealista in ceramica di oggetti quotidiani e memento mori. Verter Turroni di Imperfettolab racconta “il lato brutto della materia” attraverso la sua ricerca che sfida la percezione del bello tramite l’utilizzo di ossidazioni su resine, cemento su feltro e al quale CARLOCINQUE Gallery sta dedicando una personale in mostra fino al 27 luglio nella sua sede di Milano.
Roberto Mora trasforma il ferro riciclato in opere che sfidano i confini tra arte e
funzione. Il progetto accoglie anche due giovani voci emergenti, Cosma Frascina e Teo Martino: Frascina, scolpisce opere in cemento e calcarenite che dialogano visceralmente con la natura; Martino, invece, rivela attraverso il marmo, la tensione tra il temporaneo e l’eterno, tra il disuso e la rinascita.
Ad accogliere questo dialogo, le sculture d’arredo di Imperfettolab, le cui creazioni si distinguono per un gioco di contrasti e ossimori. Nelle loro opere la bellezza si scopre attraverso le imperfezioni, che altro non sono se non il finissimo lavoro sulla vetroresina, che rende ogni pezzo irripetibile.
Inoltre CARLOCINQUE Gallery sarà onorata di presentare tre ritratti di Andy
Warhol scattati tra il 1977 e il 1986 da Aurelio Amendola, icona della fotografia
d’arte italiana che ha dedicato la sua carriera a immortalare i più grandi artisti del Secondo Novecento.

The exhibition project is manifested in a dynamic dialogue between form and
material, relating the works through their chosen materials. Among the artists
presented are Bertozzi&Casoni, known for their hyper-realistic ceramic reproductions of everyday objects and memento mori. Verter Turroni of Imperfettolab explores “the ugly side of matter” through his research that challenges the perception of beauty using oxidations on resins, cement on felt, and to whom CARLOCINQUE Gallery is dedicating a solo exhibition until July 27 at its Milan location.
Roberto Mora transforms recycled iron into works that challenge the boundaries between art and function. The project also features two young emerging voices, Cosma Frascina and Teo Martino: Frascina sculpts works in concrete and calcarenite that viscerally dialogue with nature; Martino, on the other hand, reveals through marble the tension between the temporary and the eternal, between disuse and rebirth.
Welcoming this dialogue are Imperfettolab’s decorative sculptures, whose creations are distinguished by a play of contrasts and oxymorons. In their works, beauty is discovered through imperfections, which are nothing but the fine work on fiberglass, making each piece unique.
Additionally, CARLOCINQUE Gallery will be honored to present three portraits of Andy Warhol taken between 1977 and 1986 by Aurelio Amendola, an icon of Italian art photography who has dedicated his career to capturing the greatest artists of the Second Half of the Twentieth Century.
